Payment details associated with recurring charges are handled by our authorized payment processor.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and all of your stored information will be automatically deleted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Autumn & After offers three USPS shipping options at checkout:

FREE USPS Ground Advantage first-class trackable shipping for orders of $75 and over.

1-2 Day Order Processing + 3-5 Business Day Delivery

USPS Ground Advantage for first-class trackable shipping is available for up to 2 items. Flat Rate Envelope: 5.25

3+ items. Flat Rate Envelope or Box: 7.25

USPS Priority Mail for faster trackable shipping is available for up to 3 items. Flat Rate Envelope: 11.99

1-2 Day Order Processing + 2-3 Business Day Delivery

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and Autumn & After is not responsible for postal delays or interruptions outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping payment before they can be mailed again.

REFUND POLICY

Throughout this Refund Policy, “Autumn & After,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Autumn & After business.

We want you to feel delighted with your Autumn & After order.

Returns are accepted on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging when requested and postmarked within seven days of delivery.

Approved returns will be refunded minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with an attached photo within seven days of delivery so we can make it right. We will reship the corrected item within10 business days at no charge to you.

Autumn & After reserves the right to decline a return, exchange, or refund when an item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, shows signs of use or damage, is returned outside the stated timeframe, or when we reasonably determine that a refund is not appropriate.

TINY NOTE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Throughout this Tiny Note Club Subscription Policy, “Autumn & After,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Autumn & After business.

By joining our Tiny Note Club, you agree to the subscription terms outlined below:

1. Monthly Subscription

The Tiny Note Club is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at checkout until you cancel.

The subscription price includes a discounted rate of $3 USPS Ground Advantage shipping. Applicable sales tax will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

2. Billing

Your payment method will be charged when you first join the Tiny Note Club and automatically each month thereafter on or near your original subscription date, unless a different billing schedule is shown at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Autumn & After and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for each recurring payment until the subscription is canceled.

3. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment is declined, expired, or otherwise unsuccessful, our payment processor will wait 2 days and then attempt to process the payment again. Your subscription will be canceled, and a Tiny Note Club pack will not be prepared or shipped if payment cannot be completed.

Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current through the "My Subscriptions" section of their account.

4. Shipping Schedule

Tiny Note Club packages are prepared and mailed according to the shipping schedule displayed on the subscription page.

Processing and mailing dates may occasionally change because of weekends, postal holidays, supply interruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

5. FREE Shipping for U.S Domestic

The subscription price includes FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping.

Due to the nature of our small-batch business model, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, or returns.

However, we want your Tiny Note Club pack to arrive safely and sweetly.

We will promptly send a replacement if a product arrives damaged or tracking shows that it did not arrive.

We will promptly send a one-time courtesy product replacement if a product arrives damaged or did not arrive.

Please contact us within seven (7) business days of the shipment date.

Include your order number, or, if damaged, attach a photo of the item(s) and the mailing envelope.

We will reply with either a pre-paid return envelope for the damaged items and/or a replacement for the items, unless the items are unavailable for replacement, in which case we will issue a store credit.

6. Mailing Address

Members are responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate mailing address.

Address changes must be submitted before the applicable monthly package enters fulfillment. Updating your address after an order has been prepared or mailed may not redirect that shipment.

Autumn & After is not responsible for packages delivered to an outdated or incorrectly entered address. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping payment before they can be mailed again.

7. Cancel Subscription

You may cancel your Tiny Note Club subscription at any time. If you cancel after the 10th of the month, your next scheduled shipment will still be mailed according to our shipping schedule, and your subscription will end after that mailing.
